About
The sound
Philippa Pacho is a Swedish-born DJ whose work spans techno selection, recorded mixes and the curation of Phorum Records. Her musical direction centres on hypnotic repetition, groove and atmosphere, with the label providing an outlet beyond her own performances.
Her Under Bron residency in Stockholm began in 2012. Her documented performance history includes Berghain, FOLD and Bassiani, alongside Dekmantel, Stone Techno and Awakenings. These settings sit alongside a substantial recorded-mix archive.
She launched Phorum Records in 2024. Its catalogue includes Phil Berg’s Thrust, Connor Wall’s In Motion, Regent’s Arcane and Red Rooms’ Blind Spot, followed by Siphonophora’s Rebirth. The range of artists makes her curatorial work a distinct part of the project.
Her published mixes include Dekmantel Podcast 493, Monument 436 and RA.980. Collaborative recordings include Bassiani for Resistance at Draaimolen and a back-to-back set with Setaoc Mass at Stone Techno. Her SoundCloud profile also carries Phorum releases, keeping label productions distinct from her own DJ recordings.
