About
The sound
Recondite is the project of German musician and producer Lorenz Brunner. Established in Berlin in 2011, it centres on electronic composition, recording and live performance. Brunner's own Plangent label provides one home for the music, alongside a catalogue that explores the space between restrained techno rhythms and melodic atmosphere. Releases include “Hinterland,” “Dwell,” “Silk” and “Corvus.” The live show draws on this body of original work, giving the project a performance identity grounded in Brunner's own productions rather than only in DJ selection.
