About
The sound
Rio Tashan is a London DJ and producer whose selections favour soulful tracks and driving rhythms. He approaches a set as a progression between records, moving across genres rather than following a single fixed style. His releases include Expressions featuring Kosmo Kint on Y.O.U.R.S. and One & Only on Slacker 85. His remix work includes Entertainment Is All I Wanted by Addy Weitzman and Richard Lamb. Tashan also created Expressions as a platform for his own curation. It began with a nine-date UK tour, opening in fabric’s Room 3 and visiting venues including The Love Inn, Sneaky Pete’s, Gonzo’s and Stealth.
