About
The sound
Summer Ghemati is a DJ associated with London and Brighton whose selections move through tech house, minimal and deep house. Her musical influences reach beyond those club styles into disco, Latin percussion, garage, R&B and hip-hop, giving her sets a broad rhythmic vocabulary. Her earlier DJ history includes work with Take, New London, Care3 and Lovebeat, alongside line-ups featuring Anek, Leon, Alex Arnout, Secondcity and Guti. These connections trace the development of a club DJ whose approach brings vocal selections and percussive records into the same set.
