About
The sound
SYNTHONY is a live show that pairs popular electronic dance tracks with a full orchestra, DJs, vocalists and immersive visuals. The idea began in July 2015 with the question of what would happen if epic dance anthems met a full orchestra. It was developed by pilot David Elmsly and DJ Erika Amoore after a BBC Proms show, and is produced by Duco Events.
Shows have been held in Europe, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US and Singapore, including the Sydney Opera House Forecourt, Hallenstadion in Zurich, Zenith Paris, Tempodrom in Berlin, Terminal 5 in New York and the Dr Phillips Center in Orlando.
In Dubai, SYNTHONY plays Bla Bla by McGettigan's on Saturday 21 November 2026 for its Middle East debut, followed by the Faithless Sound System with Sister Bliss. The event is sold out.
