About
The sound
Toobris is a DJ and producer whose techno developed through time in Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin and Amsterdam. His productions combine a restrained construction with detailed percussion, rhythmic basslines and unpredictable elements. Hayes, KEY Vinyl and NIX are among the labels connected to his catalogue.
Burst Control, made with nrvo and released in March 2024, contains five recordings: Half Nice, MP Three, Seventy Percent, Oupaaa and Toby, Tennis Boy. His independent catalogue also includes But At What Cost, released in May 2025.
The Silver Platter Strikes Again EP followed in 2026, with Mezzema, Watering My Garden, Occasionally and Lift Me Up alongside the title track. His release archive also includes Where The Wind Blows, Black List and The Golden Rule under the VAULTREC013 catalogue reference.
Recorded sets complement these productions. His own archive includes Toobris Podcast and Glitch Podcast 118, providing longer examples of his selections. These mixes sit alongside individual tracks without being presented as studio releases.
