The sound
YEMANJO is the project of producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist Ben Harris, who grew up in California’s Bay Area. His music draws on travel and on traditions from Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, combining acoustic instrumentation with downtempo electronics and organic house. His catalogue includes releases through Cosmic Awakenings and Café De Anatolia. The 2024 album La Misma Fuente, released on Wonderwheel Records, brings those strands into ten tracks.
