Athens
Conservatoire

The Athens Conservatoire, known in Greek as Odeion Athinon, is the central Athens institution that hosts the EDEN electronic-music events, which start in the evening hours rather than at midnight.

01The venue

A 1871 institution.
An unusual dance floor.

The Athens Conservatoire was founded in 1871 as a non-profit organisation and today brings music, theatre and dance together on one campus. Its official site describes it as the oldest and leading performing-arts institution in modern Greece.

EDEN uses the Odeion for long sessions that begin at 17:30. KONNEKTION lists Nicole Moudaber and Grace Dahl on 22 November, Hector Oaks on 27 December and Hiroko Yamamura with Adriana Lopez on 31 January. The Hector Oaks and Hiroko Yamamura nights are listed as 18+.
