KONNEKTION respects your privacy and aims to keep our data practices clear, simple and practical. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you use our website, contact us, request concierge support, or interact with our reservation and event guidance services.

This policy reflects KONNEKTION’s current launch-stage platform: a concierge-first service focused on VIP reservations, nightlife guidance, third-party links and WhatsApp-based communication. KONNEKTION is not currently a full social network, identity verification platform, payment processor, or autonomous AI-agent service.

Who We Are

KONNEKTION is based in Ibiza and also operates across Greece and Dubai. We provide VIP concierge, reservation support and nightlife guidance for Ibiza, Mykonos and selected destinations. We help users discover venues, events and services, and we may connect users with venues, partners, booking providers, ticketing platforms, hotels, travel providers or other third-party services.

WhatsApp and Contact Flows

Many KONNEKTION reservation and concierge requests begin through WhatsApp or contact links on the website. When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your message may include the event, venue or page you were viewing, so our team can understand your request and respond faster.

Any information you provide through WhatsApp is used to communicate with you, understand your request, coordinate possible reservations, and provide concierge support. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Third-Party Providers

KONNEKTION works with or links to third parties where relevant, including venues, clubs, hotels, ticketing platforms, travel providers, drivers, yacht or villa providers, affiliate partners, hosting providers, analytics providers and communication platforms such as WhatsApp.

When needed to handle your request, we may share relevant details with a venue or provider, for example your name, group size, preferred date, reservation area or contact information. Third-party providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability rules, entry policies, payment conditions and cancellation rules.

Some links on the website may be affiliate or commercial partner links. This means KONNEKTION may receive a commission or commercial benefit if you use certain links or services.

Cookies and Storage

KONNEKTION uses necessary localStorage and sessionStorage to support Saved Events, remember your privacy choice, maintain interface preferences and improve navigation. Saved Events remain on the browser and device where they were saved; they do not automatically sync to another device.

Optional Analytics and Marketing storage remains off unless you approve it through the Cookies & Storage controls. With Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures public page views, event-detail views and ticket, reservation or WhatsApp click intentions. These clicks are not completed bookings or sales. Our analytics adapter does not send form contents, search text, URL queries or fragments, external referrers, or a KONNEKTION account identifier. Google also receives technical information associated with the request, including browser and device information. Advertising features are disabled in our adapter; no marketing pixel is activated by this release.

While Analytics consent is granted, Analytics cookies use Google's default rolling expiry configuration: two years, renewed relative to the most recent visit. Browsers, privacy settings and user deletion can shorten their lifetime; two years of storage is not guaranteed. Cookie expiry is not a consent-renewal interval and is separate from retention of data already received by Google. You can withdraw Analytics consent through Cookie settings to stop new analytics events and remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies from this browser; withdrawal does not automatically delete previously collected data. We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including communication, reservation support, operational records, legal obligations, dispute prevention and service improvement.

WhatsApp conversations, reservation requests and support messages may be retained where necessary to manage ongoing requests, confirm details, handle follow-up questions or protect both the user and KONNEKTION in case of misunderstanding or dispute.
